A U.S.-based property management company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Management Assistant to support its daily operations.
The company offers full-service property management, including tenant screening and leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting.
Important: This role is conducted entirely in English.
An advanced English level (written and spoken) is required to communicate effectively with clients, tenants, and team members based in the U.S.
Role Overview
The Property Management Assistant will provide administrative, accounting, and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day management of residential properties.
The role includes bookkeeping, maintenance coordination, customer service, and support with property marketing through specialized software platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily bookkeeping tasks (recording income/expenses, bank reconciliations)
Enter deposits and expenses into accounting software
Create and follow up on maintenance service requests
Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure timely repairs
Answer incoming calls and serve as the first point of contact
Respond to client and prospect inquiries (including through platforms like Zillow)
Schedule property showings and leasing appointments
Publish and manage property listings on Zillow and similar platforms
Maintain lead databases and follow up with prospective tenants
Assist in executing marketing strategies for available properties
Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in property management
Experience with accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Rent Manager, or similar
Understanding of basic accounting and bank reconciliation processes
Proficiency with platforms like Zillow
Strong command of Excel and other office software
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Customer service-oriented and detail-focused
Advanced English proficiency is mandatory

Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
