- Colombia, we are seeking an expert team in Project Managment thet will be responsible for complex and long duration projects to deliver operational business solutions to clients as well as supporting with ongoing management of senior stakeholder communities within the Publicis Groupe network.
Key project delivery responsibilities include oversight of full project lifecycle from inception to implementation to delivery with the ability to manage multiple project tracks and teams.
The Project Manager will participate in the estimation, risk and resolution, status reporting process, and ensure that the team meets their commitments..
We are looking for individuals from Junior, Mid, and Senior levels.

Responsibilities
• Establish positive, trust-based relationships with Offshore and Onshore team members
• Effectively prioritize their own tasks
• Own the creation of documentation of projects and present improvement ideas
• Participate actively in team meetings aiding in tasks estimations and provide accurate risks assessments.
• Proactively participate in knowledge transfer and ramp up of new team members
• Manage difficult situations by proactively seeking solutions within the team
• Proactively seek feedback and create action plans based on it.
• Own their tasks and their impact within their account.
• Create craft strategies and approaches
• Participate proactively in the Craft initiatives such as creating and or presenting workshops
• Develop and implement innovation of world class business process workflows, and next generation process technologies for Publicis clients.
• Support the discovery, design, recommendation, development, implementation, and on going support of client process workflows
• Participate in the continuous growth of the organization's collaborators
• Ensure the continuous improvement of the processes related to the accounts, projects and teams in which they are involved.
• Participate in the Performance program as a Performance manager
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree/technical degree completed or equivalent experience.
• Formal education in Software Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Business Administration/Marketing/Advertising degree or related fields.
• Certification in PMI (CAPM, PMP), Agile (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Scaled Agile), Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt) – is a plus.
• Experienced in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) Office tools, Project Management tools and digital marketing.
