El rol se enfoca en la gestión operativa diaria de proyectos de construcción, manteniendo comunicación constante con stakeholders, coordinando equipos técnicos multidisciplinarios, controlando aspectos financieros y de procurement, mientras asegura el cumplimiento de regulaciones y la implementación efectiva de estrategias de proyecto establecidas como lider de proyectos.## Tus tareas diarias incluirán:• Ejecutar objetivos específicos del proyecto desarrollando cronogramas, presupuestos y metodologías con énfasis en procesos financieros y de contratación• Mantener comunicación regular con representantes del cliente y servir como punto de contacto operativo para temas del día a día• Coordinar el proceso completo de implementación del diseño y facilitar revisiones técnicas especializadas entre disciplinas• Monitorear presupuesto del proyecto, procesar órdenes de cambio y actualizar modelos financieros con datos reales• Ejecutar procesos de RFP, implementar procedimientos de selección de proveedores y monitorear desempeño diario de contratistas• Realizar y actualizar cronogramas detallados reportando avances semanalmente y monitoreando hitos programados• Verificar cumplimiento diario con regulaciones de construcción locales e implementar planes de contingencia para riesgos identificados## ## Calificaciones Requeridas:• Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Arquitectura, Construcción• 5-7 años de experiencia en gestión operativa de proyectos de construcción• Conocimiento sólido de metodologías de gestión de proyectos (PMI, PRINCE2) y software especializado• Experiencia comprobada en control financiero de proyectos incluyendo presupuestos y órdenes de cambio• Habilidades avanzadas de comunicación para interactuar con stakeholders y facilitar reuniones técnicas• Conocimiento profundo de regulaciones de construcción locales y códigos de seguridad aplicables• Experiencia en procurement y gestión de contratistas en proyectos de construcción comercial•Ingles Tecnico avanzado## Calificaciones Preferidas:• Certificación en gestión de proyectos (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner o similar)• Conocimiento básico de tecnologías de construcción y sistemas de sostenibilidad• Experiencia previa con integración de disciplinas técnicas (arquitectura, ingeniería, MEP)• Familiaridad con modelos financieros de construcción y análisis de ROI básico• Comprensión de procesos de debida diligencia y coordinación con consultores externos• Experiencia en preparación de documentación técnica y comercial para RFPs • Conocimiento básico de gestión de riesgos de construcción y planes de contingencia**Location:**On-site –Bogota, COLIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
