Technical Project Manager
who combines strong technical expertise with project coordination and client management skills.
This is a hands-on role that requires both
technical execution and leadership

The Technical Project Manager will oversee
5–10 concurrent IT and cloud projects

Essential Functions
- Lead and manage
multiple IT and infrastructure projects
from initiation through completion.
- Act as the
technical escalation point
for complex issues in servers, networking, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Perform hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment of IT systems.
- Design and implement solutions across
cloud, network, and server infrastructures

- Oversee and guide a
Project Engineer
and coordinate with technical and support teams globally.
- Conduct
weekly video calls
and provide clear, proactive client communication and reporting.
- Track and manage project progress through
ConnectWise
or equivalent PSA tools.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations through
automation or AI tools
.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with profitability, scope, and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
Must-Haves
- 4+ years of experience in
technical IT roles
(preferably within a Managed Service Provider or equivalent).
- Strong hands-on skills with
Microsoft 365 administration, server management, networking, and cloud services
.
- Proven ability to handle
technical escalations
and resolve advanced troubleshooting issues (Level 2–3).
- Experience managing
multiple IT projects simultaneously
, from planning to client delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+/C1).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and timelines.
- Experience with
ConnectWise
, Jira, or similar project tracking and PSA platforms.
- Client-facing experience with regular reporting, coordination, and stakeholder management.
