The Role: The Center’s Bogota Office is looking for an enthusiastic, resourceful and highly organized intern with a commitment to reproductive rights issues to engage in a variety of mini projects related to the Colombia office.

This internship will provide someone with experience in many aspects of as well as insight into the inner working of organizational management.


The internship is full-time, beginning June 2025 through December 2025.



Primary Responsibilities: As an intern with LAC Office, your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with organizing/maintaining programs documents.

  • Drafting and organizing Power Point presentations, documents and preparing talking points for meetings and presentations.

  • Reviewing information and producing charts and tools to organize various types of information.

  • Gathering, organizing and drafting information related to procurement contracts, professional services contracts and partnership agreements.

  • Supporting internal processes for the execution and payment of procurement contracts, professional services contracts and partnership agreements.

  • Translating documents and sections of documents from ENG to SPA and vice versa.

  • Supporting internal processes for the coordination and logistics of events and travel.

  • Support event logistic when needed.


  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Qualifications:

  • To be eligible for this internship, the candidate must be enrolled in a college or university, bachelor’s candidate, technician or technologist.

  • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration/ Industrial Engineering/Management/ International Relations/ International Business / Political Science, other related.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, writing), minimum B1 level.

  • Must have exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a growing group.

  • Enthusiastic, approachable, enthusiastic, resourceful and highly organized.

  • Ability to handle & maintain confidential matters appropriately.

  • Have the capability to multitask and adjust priorities as needed.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
