We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Program Operations Specialist
(Training)
to support the planning, executing, and optimization of our training and development initiatives at Factored.
You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact learning experiences.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, project coordination, and building efficient systems.
