As a Lead, Delivery (Program Lead), you’ll orchestrate complex, multi-squad programs for enterprise clients—identifying risks early, aligning executives on strategy and KPIs, and mentoring Program Managers to drive high-quality outcomes across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities
- Provide vision and direction for a program comprising 3+ squads, aligning on goals/KPIs across stakeholders and teams
- Ensure delivery excellence with consistent, reliable measurements and program-wide quality standards
- Identify risks proactively; implement mitigation plans and coordinate changes across multiple concurrent projects
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for your program suite and its role in the broader client landscape
- Build trusted relationships with client executives; navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems and priorities
- Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts using first-principles reasoning and strategic thinking
- Develop, share, and institutionalize best practices that improve execution, forecasting, and resource utilization
- Own inter-team dependency management; ensure dependencies are communicated, tracked, and unblocked
- Collaborate with Engineering to design frameworks for performance and quality measurement across squads
- Capture and disseminate program learnings and historical context to enable repeatable success
- Coach and mentor PgMs; foster high-performing, accountable teams and career growth
- Support business strategy with Client Partners/Sales; engage C-level stakeholders to advance outcomes
- Speak and present confidently to high-stakes audiences; produce clear, compelling written communications
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- 8+ years of relevant experience in program delivery across multiple concurrent projects in consulting or enterprise environments
- Proven leadership of multi-squad programs with measurable KPIs and quality frameworks
- Advanced risk management capabilities; track record of proactive identification and cross-team mitigation
- Strong client relationship management skills, including executive stakeholder navigation and facilitation
- Deep knowledge of Agile delivery; experience as an agile reference/coach leading best-practice initiatives
- Proficiency with delivery tooling and analytics (e.g., Jira/Advanced Roadmaps, Confluence, OKR/KPI dashboards)
- Exceptional communication skills—executive presentations and concise, publishable written content
- Coaching/mentoring mindset; skilled in teaching, facilitation, and feedback to build high-performing teams
- Strategic and first-principles problem solving; adept at change management and continuous improvement
