Resumen del cargo
Afianzar la relación con los clientes corporativos tanto globales, regionales y locales, garantizar las relaciones comerciales, la fidelización

de los clientes y generar un impacto positivo en el volumen de ventas de la organización.

Principales responsabilidades
Elaborar el diagnóstico comercial, así como los planes de negocios para cada cliente corporativo y sus respectivos planes de acción, a fin de identificar y atender las necesidades específicas de los mismos.

Elaborar los cronogramas de visitas y las respectivas actas de reuniones con los clientes corporativos.

Actualizar la información de los clientes corporativos y sus contactos claves en las diferentes herramientas establecidas por la organización (perfiles, iData, bases de datos, entre otros) y garantizar la confiabilidad de los datos.

Interactuar con los diferentes departamentos de la organización para analizar los diversos factores críticos de riesgo y oportunidades de mejora con el fin de generar estrategias enfocadas al crecimiento de ventas y la satisfacción de cliente.

Participar y organizar capacitaciones internas y externas con el fin de mantenerse informado e informar a los clientes corporativos sobre las novedades de la industria, generando estrategias que beneficien a las dos partes.

Retroalimentar periódicamente al Gerente Comercial Corporativo y/o Director Comercial sobre oportunidades de mejora, nuevas estrategias, desarrollo de los planes de negocios, barreras de relacionamiento y el estado de los diferentes clientes corporativos.

Proveer un continuo flujo de comunicación al interior de la organización, con el fin de atender todas las solicitudes presentadas por los clientes corporativos y garantizar un alto nivel de satisfacción.

Presentar a los clientes corporativos el informe gerencial, ejecutivos y los demás informes requeridos por ellos, haciendo un análisis y brindando consultoría y recomendaciones sobre los mismos.

Asistir al cliente corporativo en las negociaciones con sus proveedores de viajes, garantizando la rentabilidad del cliente como de BCD Travel.

Evaluar y entregar periódicamente a la División Comercial resúmenes ejecutivos y balance de resultados que

Realizar seguimiento a la liquidación del manejo económico (fee) y hacer el respectivo seguimiento a la facturación, pago y recaudo del mismo en los periodos pactados.

Orientar y asesorar a los clientes corporativos en el desarrollo, revisión y mejoramiento de su programa y política de viajes.

Lograr la optimización en el manejo del presupuesto de gastos de viaje de los clientes teniendo en cuenta los lineamientos globales/ regionales / locales.

Hacer seguimiento y evaluar los Acuerdos de Servicio a nivel local, regional y global, y obtener indicadores que permitan detectar oportunidades de mejora.

Revisar a diario la herramienta Salesforce, desarrollar las actividades que en ella se establezcan dentro de los tiempos previstos, y garantizar la efectiva comunicación y manejo efectivo de la información.

Establecer contacto permanente con los Gerentes de Cuenta Regionales (RAM) y Gerentes de Cuenta Globales (GAM) y participar en las llamadas programadas para mantenerse informado sobre el manejo del cliente y asegurar una adecuada comunicación entre las partes.
