Job Description
- Translate business and user needs into interactive, high-impact visual solutions that balance usability with aesthetic appeal.
- Lead the end-to-end UX/UI process—discovery, definition, design, testing, and delivery.
- Design intuitive navigation structures, information architecture, and responsive interfaces with best-in-class visual design.
- Produce clear wireframes and evolve them into high-fidelity UI comps and clickable prototypes.
- Work across B2B, B2C, and D2C platforms including enterprise software, web, and mobile.
- Partner closely with product owners, developers, brand and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual execution.
- Facilitate design thinking sessions and workshops to align on user-centered design approaches.
- Conduct market research, trend analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Evangelize UX/UI design standards and help mature design systems and processes.
What we are looking for
- Strong focus on visual/UI design—you bring beauty and clarity to complex digital interfaces.
- High proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, InVision, Axure, etc.
- Experience creating engaging user journeys, storyboards, personas, and prototypes.
- Proven ability to design for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
- Skilled in defining and applying design systems and reusable UI components.
- Understanding of motion design, micro interactions, and brand alignment in visual outputs.
- Clear, confident communicator who can present ideas visually and verbally to stakeholders.
Experience and Skills
- 7+ years in UX/UI, product design, or interaction design roles.
- Demonstrated success designing multiple platforms—desktop, mobile web, and apps.
- A strong visual portfolio that showcases clean, engaging, user-centered interfaces.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS is a plus (especially for communicating with devs).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and iterative delivery processes.
- Familiarity with UX testing techniques such as A/B testing, impression testing, and accessibility audits.
- Passionate advocate for design quality, user empathy, and continuous improvement.
