They are looking for partners who can combine brand understanding, digital expertise, and strategic thinking to deliver customer-first experiences across diverse markets.

We are building a LATAM-based Experience Design team to partner with UK stakeholders on a long-term transformation program.

As a Product Design Lead , you will be responsible for guiding UX/UI product design projects that blend creativity, research, and strategic thinking.

You will lead design efforts from discovery to delivery, ensuring that user research, information architecture, wireframes, and product flows translate into elegant, functional, and accessible digital experiences.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior designers, and act as a trusted partner for clients—bridging business goals, customer needs, and design innovation .

Your Impact

• Lead UX/UI product design initiatives , from user research and discovery to wireframes, prototyping, and final delivery
• Conduct user testing, information architecture, heuristic analysis, and navigation design to create intuitive and impactful experiences
• Develop and maintain product flows and roadmaps that align business objectives with customer needs
• Apply advanced understanding of composition, color, typography, iconography, texture, photographic curation, and usability to help users navigate multimedia experiences
• Define the visual direction of projects to shape and position ideas for customer impact
• Bring a strong point of view on craft, tools, and design processes , setting standards for the team
• Apply best practices in human-centric design to solve usability and visual challenges
• Contribute to the creation and evolution of design systems , including libraries and reusable components
• Effectively communicate with vendors and clients around project specifications and delegate tasks appropriately
• Discern and consolidate visual design feedback from multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality
• Deliver interaction design and illustrations for digital product features
• Provide multimedia production support and communicate specifications for both digital and physical components
• Collaborate closely with technical team members and developers, building strong cross-functional relationships
• Lead and manage small project tracks autonomously , balancing hands-on design with project leadership
• Translate research and insights into prototypes, specifications, and MVP roadmaps that guide product evolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategy, technology, and marketing, to deliver integrated solutions

Your Skills & Experience

• 8+ Years of proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Lead, or similar role in digital transformation or consulting environments
• C1 English Level (9/10), both written and oral with experience working with international stakeholders
• Strong expertise in UX fundamentals : research, information architecture, wireframing, and usability testing
• Proficiency in UI design with a focus on clean, impactful, and brand-aligned digital interfaces
• Proven expertise in visual and sensory systems design with a focus on beautiful, simplistic UI
• Strong experience in interaction design and digital product design
• Hands-on knowledge of design systems : creating library components, building from scratch, and applying consistent patterns
• Experience documenting design processes and specifications to guide development and delivery
• Proficiency in Figma and at least one prototyping tool
• Ability to apply patterns to re-skin interfaces while maintaining brand consistency
• Solid experience in rebranding projects with an eye for detail and brand fidelity
• Portfolio demonstrating clean visual design, usability, and product-oriented design across digital experiences
• Collaborates well in cross-functional environments and thrives in client-facing settings

• Familiarity with design systems and product lifecycle management
• Knowledge of emerging trends such as AI-driven personalization and automation in product design
• Background in consulting, agile delivery, and cross-market digital transformation
