About The Role

Join our team as a Procurement Manager and be a driving force in optimizing how Veho partners with vendors and secures the goods and services it needs to thrive! This is a dynamic role where you'll directly impact our bottom line and operational efficiency by managing the full procurement lifecycle for key categories.

You'll partner with cross‑functional teams like Legal, Security, Finance, and Accounting, ensuring we operate with the best terms and practices across the board.

What You’ll Do

  • Process Oversight: Review, manage, and monitor the status of incoming procurement requests for designated categories, ensuring all documentation is complete and aligned with Veho's policies and standards.

  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Act as a central point of contact, working closely with Finance, Legal, Security, and Accounting teams to ensure timely review, approval, and execution of all vendor agreements.

  • Contract Management: Maintain the company's contract repository by uploading all executed agreements, tagging essential metadata, and establishing automated renewal reminders to prevent service disruptions and missed opportunities.

  • Strategic Sourcing: Lead and execute comprehensive sourcing events (RFx) for your assigned categories, driving market engagement and competitive bidding.

  • Negotiation & Renewal: Manage vendor contract renewals and lead negotiations for new contracts, focusing on securing the most favorable business terms, pricing, and compliance for Veho.

  • Cost Efficiency: Evaluate current spend within designated categories to proactively identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives, and closely monitor the pipeline of savings projects, providing regular progress updates to Finance.

A Great Candidate

  • BS in business, finance, supply chain management or other related field required, MBA is a plus.

  • 5‑6+ years experience in Procurement, preferably in high growth & dynamic environment.

  • Experience sourcing direct goods/supplies and/or real estate agreements preferred.

  • Demonstrated deployment of Procurement best practices and methodologies.

  • Strong familiarity with modern procurement platforms, ZIP preferred.

  • Independent working style, ability to multitask in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to work cross functionally.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
