Descripción del rol

Buscamos un(a) Principal Presales altamente experimentado(a) y motivado(a) para liderar el diseño de soluciones de Field Services y Service Desk para nuestros clientes a nivel global.

Este rol estratégico se enfoca en comprender las necesidades del cliente, diseñar propuestas de alto impacto, y colaborar estrechamente con equipos de ventas, entrega y tecnología para impulsar oportunidades comerciales exitosas.

  • Participar activamente en procesos de RFI/RFP/RFQ, analizando requerimientos técnicos, operativos y volumétricos (SLA’s, AHT, contactos, ubicaciones, etc.).

  • Diseñar soluciones personalizadas para servicios de usuario final (Service Desk, Onsite Support, IMACD, entre otros).

  • Definir estrategias de solución y pricing, desarrollando estimaciones de esfuerzo, costos, supuestos y modelos de contingencia.

  • Crear propuestas comerciales detalladas y orientadas al cliente, incluyendo arquitectura de servicios, beneficios, diferenciadores y resultados esperados.

  • Liderar revisiones internas de solución, gestionando aprobaciones clave antes de la entrega al cliente.

  • Presentar soluciones en reuniones con clientes, demostrando claridad, visión técnica y enfoque en valor.

  • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios (ventas, delivery, finanzas, tecnología) en el ciclo de preventa.

  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias del sector, competidores y tecnologías emergentes.

  • Título profesional en negocios, tecnología, finanzas o áreas afines (o experiencia equivalente).

  • Mínimo 8-10 años de experiencia en servicios gestionados para usuarios finales / Digital Workplace.

  • Al menos 2-3 años de experiencia comprobada en diseño de soluciones preventa (Service Desk, Field Support, etc.).

  • Nivel de inglés fluido (oral y escrito) es obligatorio.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, análisis, negociación y presentación.

  • Capacidad para desarrollar análisis de costo-beneficio, evaluar riesgos y proponer soluciones viables.

  • Dominio en modelado de costos y herramientas de estimación.

  • Conocimiento del panorama competitivo en servicios de usuario final es un plus.

  • Participación en proyectos globales con clientes líderes en su industria.
