Job description

As the Presales Engineer for Latin America region, your primary focus is to drive revenue growth within the largest telecommunications companies and system integrators for Linkyfi in the LatAm region.

Pre-sales engineers play a crucial role in the sales process by providing technical expertise and support to potential customers before a sale is finalised.

In Linkyfi candidate will cooperate with big, well-known brands around the world and be expertise for their WIFi design.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for WiFi design, providing in-depth technical knowledge to potential customers.

  • Collaborate with big, well-known brands globally, understanding their unique requirements and tailoring WiFi solutions to meet their needs.

  • Effectively communicate with clients in English, demonstrating a clear understanding of their technical needs and articulating solutions.

  • Navigate and utilize CRM systems proficiently to manage and track customer interactions, ensuring a streamlined and organized workflow.

  • Utilize your experience to develop and present proof of concepts, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Linkyfi's solutions.

  • Engage with new partners, building and nurturing relationships to expand companies network.

  • Work closely with existing partners, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for collaboration on new projects.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or similar role, with a focus on WiFi design.

  • Strong English and Spanish language skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM systems.
