Job Title: Preconstruction Coordinator

The Preconstruction Coordinator supports the Preconstruction team in preparing budgets, proposals, schedules, and other deliverables during the early phases of a project.
This role works closely with estimators, project managers, and business development staff to ensure accurate and timely information is available for decision-making.
Assist with the preparation, review, and organization of preconstruction documents, including estimates, proposals, bid forms, and schedules.
Track bid invitations, subcontractor responses, and proposal submissions.
Maintain up-to-date project files, drawings, and specifications.
Support the team with quantity take-offs and basic estimating tasks as directed.
Communicate (primarily via phone) with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to collect necessary project information.
Help prepare presentation materials for client meetings and interviews.
Monitor and update preconstruction logs, checklists, and reports to ensure deadlines are met.
Perform general administrative support for the preconstruction team, including scheduling meetings and distributing updates.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with both internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Bluebeam is a plus.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up on tasks.
Willingness to learn from senior team members and ask questions.
Positive attitude and collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
