  • 🎯 Responsabilidades del Aprendiz en etapa productiva

Servicio al Cliente:

Brindar apoyo en la atención a usuarios internos y externos a través de diferentes canales (presencial, telefónico o digital).

Gestionar solicitudes, inquietudes y requerimientos básicos, asegurando una comunicación clara y oportuna.

Realizar seguimiento a casos para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.


Gestión Administrativa:

Apoyar en la organización, digitalización y archivo de documentos.

Elaborar y actualizar reportes, bases de datos e indicadores del área.

Colaborar en la logística de reuniones, capacitaciones o actividades internas.

Manejar información con confidencialidad y orden.


Recursos Humanos:

Participar en procesos de selección (convocatorias, filtros de hojas de vida, apoyo en entrevistas y pruebas).

Colaborar en la inducción y acompañamiento de nuevos colaboradores.

Apoyar iniciativas de bienestar laboral y clima organizacional.

Mantener actualizadas las bases de datos del personal y documentos de los empleados.
