Objective
Identifies, analyses, and monitors issues that affect profitability, growth, and productivity.

Supports decisions related to financial and non-financial strategic alternatives and develops and maintains operational plans.

Responsibilities
In this role, will take on the responsibility of maintaining existing business applications, and act as the product owner and developer of these products.

As the product owner, you will identify and scope opportunities for innovation and efficiencies with feedback from the business.

As the product developer, you will create appropriate solutions and deploy them to the end-users.

You will be responsible for maintaining and updating applications running on the Microsoft Power platform using a combination of Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) and Power Automate, with data interface via Dataverse and SharePoint.

You will work closely with stakeholders to automate workflows, business processes, and enhance productivity across the organization with primary focus on Business Development.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Operate as a self-starter while effectively integrating into a team with well-established, mature processes and procedures, contributing independently while respecting existing frameworks.
  
  
• Be a Product Owner of existing and new applications, with responsibility and accountability for product availability, stakeholder engagement, and leading continuous improvement efforts.
  
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate.
  
  
• Automate business processes using Power Automate, integrating with SharePoint, Dataverse, and other third-party services.
  
  
• Manage Dataverse entities, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
  
  
• Manage Azure Entra ID users and groups.
  
  
• Provide technical support, documentation, and training to end-users.
  
  
• Stay current with Power Platform updates and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements.
  
  

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent combination of related education and work experience.

Experience: 6-9 years

• Expert knowledge and at least 2 years of direct work experience in Power Apps and Power Automate development.
  
  Must be familiar with use of Solutions, Parent/Child Flow dependencies, and deploying managed and unmanaged solutions.
  
  PL-400 and/or PL-500 certification is preferred.
  
  
• Experience in sales or finance field of work.
  
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights to non-technical audiences.
  
  
• Familiarity with industry data governance techniques and best practices, including compliance with the GDPR .
