This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office.
As a member of the Portfolio Analytics Group, the principal job function of the Portfolio Data Analyst is to gather information and data regarding primary and secondary investments and track this information.

Track confidential underlying portfolio data, including IPOs, M&A, and buyout company metricsEnter, track, and reconcile company data to quarterly financial documents and quarterly reports using eFrontUpload checklists and relevant backup into document storage systemPrepare quarterly fund reporting package for reviewTrack capital calls and distributionsTrack cash flow adjustments/reconcile issues with AccountingSystem testing, as neededAssist Operations Assistants as neededRetrieve financial documents from investor portalsComplete projects as requested by managementAnd other responsibilities as requiredWhat you bring:
Excellent organizational abilityOutstanding attention to detailCapable of balancing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing effectivelyAbility to handle large volumes of documents efficientlyFamiliarity with financial documents and conceptsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPunctuality in meeting deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteEnglish proficiency required.
