Buscamos profesionales apasionados por las ventas, con actitud proactiva y compromiso por la excelencia operativa.

Como Ejecutivo de Soporte de Puntos de Venta (Point Sales Support Executive) serás responsable de garantizar la correcta ejecución de las estrategias comerciales en los puntos de venta asignados.

Tu trabajo aportará al cumplimiento de metas comerciales mediante la supervisión de los fundamentos de la venta, la optimización del capital de trabajo y la implementación de acciones tácticas que mejoren la experiencia del cliente y el rendimiento del canal.

Que harás:

  • Garantizar el cumplimiento del modelo Choca esos 5 (Planear, saludar, chequear fundamentales de la venta, gestión de oportunidades y registrar hallazgos) por medio de la supervisión, formación y ejecución de los puntos de venta a cargo.

  • Ejecutarás la ruta asignada en canales modernos, asegurando cumplimiento de frecuencia y cobertura.

  • Velarás por la correcta visibilidad de marca: marcación de precios, exhibiciones POP, orden y limpieza; identificarás y propondrás mejoras para elevar la eficacia en el punto de venta.

  • Monitorear y retroalimentar todo lo que sucede en el mercado y competencia utilizando los medios dispuestos por la compañía para tal fin, con el objetivo de detectar oportunidades y estrategias de ventas que permitan el cumplimiento de los resultados.

  • Harás seguimiento del proceso de venta a través de la herramienta POS y tableros (Tableau), controlando presupuesto POS mensual y aportando acciones para la mejora del capital de trabajo

  • Capacitarás y acompañarás al personal operativo y a los aliados logísticos para garantizar una operación fluida y medible.

  •  Definirás planes de trabajo comerciales por punto de venta y darás seguimiento periódico a su ejecución y resultados.

  •  Prepararás informes y análisis de gestión que faciliten la toma de decisiones por parte del equipo comercial.

  • A quién buscamos:

  • Estudios: Tecnólogo en administración de negocios, Administración de empresas, Negocios Internacionales, Economía, Mercadeo, Publicidad, ventas o formaciones relacionadas con el área.

  • Experiencia: entre 2 y 5 años en roles comerciales (vendedor junior, ejecutivo de cuenta, supervisor de ventas) preferiblemente en consumo masivo o canal moderno.

  • Conocimientos básicos: Conocimientos en matemáticas comerciales, manejo de herramientas ofimáticas, conocimiento de la zona.

  • Competencias: Manejo de Excel intermedio, análisis de información y datos, manejo de Power BI o Tableau (deseable).

    Habilidades en comunicación y orientación a resultados.
