Join our team.**Your role at Clorox:**As a P&A Finance Sr. Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving business performance across the Caribe/CAM region.
Partnering closely with Commercial and Marketing teams, you’ll provide strategic financial insights that create value and maximize profitability.
You’ll lead the forecasting and monthly close processes, deliver high-quality analysis and reporting, and translate financial results into actionable recommendations that support decision-making and organizational goals.**In this role, you will:*** Lead the forecasting process (LRP, Budget, and quarterly estimates), consolidating P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow data, and performing reconciliations to explain key variations.* Prepare and present financial reports and deliverables providing insightful analysis to support short- and medium-term business planning.* Act as financial systems administrator (Anaplan/Essbase), ensuring accurate data uploads, proper allocations and distributions, and compliance with external and corporate guidelines.* Manage the monthly closing process, preparing and submitting key reports (Profit Update, KPI reports, Scorecards, and variance analyses) for local management.* Perform full P&L variance analysis, identifying key drivers behind changes in volume, pricing, gross margin, and expenses, and developing action-oriented insights.* Monitor and analyze selling and administrative expenses, identifying major and minor deviations from targets, optimizing resources, and driving cost-saving initiatives.* Support the accounting team during monthly close, ensuring data accuracy, detecting contingencies, and validating results based on business performance.* Evaluate new projects, pricing strategies, and promotional activities, providing data-driven recommendations to the PMU Leadership Team.* Develop financial business cases for commercial initiatives, new product launches, and capital expenditure projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.* Foster cross-functional collaboration, engaging with key stakeholders to support decision-making and ensure delivery of financial and strategic goals.#LI-HYBRID**What we look for:*** Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and management control, preferably within multinational or FMCG companies.* Strong background in corporate finance with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.**Skills and Abilities:*** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel – pivot tables, macros) and Power BI.* Advanced English level.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.* Proactive, organized, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.* Collaborative team player with a results-driven mindset.**Workplace type:**Hybrid - 3 days per week in office, 2 days home office**Our values-based culture connects to our purpose and empowers people to be their best, professionally and personally.
