Performance Media Strategist (Google Ads)
We’re seeking a Performance Media Strategist to lead multi‑channel campaigns that inspire, engage, and convert.
In this role, you’ll own strategy and execution across programmatic, paid search, and paid social—driving measurable ROI for a diverse portfolio of clients.
You’ll work closely with our creative and account teams, blending data‑driven insights with innovative thinking to deliver campaigns that outperform expectations.

As a Performance Media Strategist, you’ll design and optimize high‑impact campaigns across programmatic, paid search, and paid social.
You’ll blend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to deliver measurable growth for our clients.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize programmatic display and video campaigns in DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, Adelphic, Teads).
- Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid strategies, and landing page optimization.
- Implement negative keyword strategies and run A/B tests to improve CTR and conversion rates.
- Build and manage campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other emerging platforms.
- Utilize audience targeting, creative testing, and bidding strategies to achieve client KPIs.
- Monitor pacing, budgets, and performance daily, making proactive optimizations.
- Execute audience segmentation, creative rotation, and testing strategies to maximize engagement and ROI.
- Develop integrated media plans that align with client goals and budgets across channels.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, applying cross‑channel learnings to enhance results.
- Stay informed on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging opportunities, sharing knowledge with the team.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports with key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with account managers, creatives, and analytics teams to ensure strategy alignment and seamless execution.
Expertise
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years of hands‑on experience in programmatic, paid search, and/or paid social.
- Proven ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for ROI.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency experience with multi‑client portfolios.
- Experience in cross‑channel budget allocation and advanced testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with emerging platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, CTV).
