The Performance Specialist is integral to ensuring the efficacy and efficiency of clients ad accounts.
Through meticulous optimization and scalability measures, they are responsible for driving enhanced campaign performance, adhering to the overarching strategy for Prop Firms, and fostering effective communication with Account Managers and Media Buyers.
Role Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor and optimize client ad campaigns to ensure they meet performance metrics.
- Identify and request the implementation of campaigns, either from scratch or by revamping existing ones, based on client needs and market insights.
- Oversee and Review the technical adjustments of the campaigns such as: Tracking template, keyword match type, daily budget, BID strategy and targeting that media buyers are implementing.
- Regularly analyze campaign data to identify areas of improvement or potential issues.
- Effectively address client inquiries about advertising strategies by facilitating comprehensive discussions in meetings or through direct engagement with Account Managers.
- This involves meetings and/or equipping AMs with knowledge and resources, to ensure a clear, consistent communication.
Working Schedule (EST)
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Qualifications
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken as most of our clients speak English.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, particularly on platforms like Google Ads and other relevant advertising channels.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
- Knowledge and proficiency in the technical aspects of campaign setup and management, including tracking templates, keyword match types, daily budget allocation, bid strategy implementation, and targeting.
