About the Role
We are looking for a Payment Operation Manager with solid experience in iGaming or online casino payment operations.
The ideal candidate will oversee all payment-related processes, ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient transactions for global players.
You’ll be responsible for managing multiple payment channels, optimizing payment flows, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily payment operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
- Build and maintain relationships with payment providers and banking partners.
- Monitor payment performance and implement strategies to improve approval rates, transaction speed, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Risk, Fraud, and Customer Service teams.
- Identify and resolve payment issues promptly to ensure excellent player experience.
- Prepare operational reports and provide insights for management decisions.
- Lead and train the payment operations team to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
The Profile
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in payment operations within the iGaming / online casino or fintech industry.
- Strong knowledge of online payment systems, PSPs, e-wallets, crypto payments, and banking processes.
- Experience in risk management, chargebacks, and compliance procedures.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
