Job Description

PROPÓSITO DEL ROL:

El Patient Support Specialist es responsable de liderar la implementación de los programas de pacientes asignados, asegurando su alineación con las normativas locales, los códigos éticos de la industria farmacéutica y los objetivos de la organización.

Su propósito es garantizar el máximo valor del servicio prestado a pacientes y aseguradores, facilitando la adherencia, el acceso y los mejores estándares.

Este rol actúa como un punto de conexión clave entre la compañía, y el ecosistema de atención de salud (EPS e IPS), gestionando las barreras que impiden al paciente lograr adherirse a la prescripción realizada por su médico tratante.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Asegurar la revisión periódica de la adherencia de pacientes y las barreras relacionadas para gestionar.

  • Gestionar con las IPS la ruta del paciente para propender por la entrega/infusión en línea con la prescripción del médico tratante.

  • Validar la alineación de la facturación mensual de las IPS de acuerdo con las prestaciones ofrecidas.

  • Garantizar la óptima documentación y gestión administrativa de las IPS asignadas.

  • Monitorear a los proveedores asociados al Programa de pacientes alineándolos con las políticas y procedimientos de Takeda, certificando un desempeño exitoso durante las auditorías internas y externas.

  • Garantizar las buenas prácticas y el cumplimiento de todas las políticas de Takeda y las normativas reguladoras.

HABILIDADES, COMPETENCIAS Y EXPERIENCIA:

  • Pregrado universitario.

    Ideal con enfoque en áreas de la salud (ej: Enfermería, Psicologia, etc).

  • Conocimiento del sistema de salud, normativas locales y códigos éticos de la industria farmacéutica.

  • Experiencia estableciendo relaciones clave con stakeholders, incluidos Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), autoridades sanitarias, etc.

  • Idealmente experiencia previa en la industria farmacéutica o en IPS que presten servicios a Takeda.

  • Inglés básico.

  • Manejo de Excel intermedio/avanzado.

  • Experiencia en la administración de proveedores.

  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y lograr un consenso entre diversas partes interesadas para lograr objetivos.

  • Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.

  • Mentalidad centrada en el paciente y orientada al servicio.

  • Pensamiento lógico y estratégico, enfocado en la entrega de resultados.

  • Capacidad para planificar, priorizar, ejecutar, hacer un seguimiento y anticiparse a los problemas de manera efectiva.

  • Capacidad para analizar datos y proponer soluciones a partir de estos.

  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo con múltiples stakeholders (marketing, legal, finanzas, acceso, etc).
