We are currently seeking a Mandarin-Speaking Virtual Assistant to support the Industrial Team of a
commercial real estate company.
This is a part-time, remote role for a professional who is fluent in both Mandarin and English and
comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
Position Summary
The Virtual Assistant will provide administrative and communication support to the Industrial Team,
including coordination tasks, internal follow-ups, and light research.
This role requires excellent bilingual communication skills and the ability to stay organized while
managing tasks independently across time zones.
