A day in the life:
We’re seeking a creative and energetic full-time Paid Social Strategist with a passion for performance marketing and team management.
Experience in TikTok and Meta Ads platforms is essential.
The Paid Social Strategist is responsible for the performance, strategy, growth and end-to-end execution of paid social accounts.
You will lead a paid social strategy aligned to business goals and collaborate to optimize strategies for our TikTok clients, working with the team and clients to hit or exceed monthly performance goals, and coordinating with the creative, organic, and influencer/partnerships teams to maintain best-in-class results across channels.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social platforms
- Execute builds and production end-to-end with redundancy across channels (TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn); heavier emphasis on TikTok and Meta
- Lead execution of optimizations to improve performance relative to goals
- Own strategic communication internally and externally for clients and client teams
- Proactive internal communication with the team on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items
- Autonomous external communication with clients for performance, tactical and strategic items, updates, and recommendations via email, calls, and/or Slack
- Excellent marketing and business strategy acumen
- Understand the marketing funnel and how to execute via paid social
- Full understanding of the eCommerce model and basic lead gen strategies
- Navigate roadblocks and adapt strategy to changing conditions to achieve results
- Ownership of performance reporting and strategy communication
- Execute performance reporting from start to finish with strong presentation creation
- Present performance reports and recaps to facilitate strategic conversations with clients (spoken and written)
- Leverage data to tell a story and articulate results with clear next steps
- Present forward-thinking plans and execute to drive business results
- Contribute as an effective team member for department and account teams
- Contribute to a constructive work environment in line with company values
- Support the growth and development of junior talent where applicable
- Utilize AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
- Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
Requirements
- 1-2 years of digital marketing; agency experience is a plus
- 1+ years of Direct Response marketing experience, specifically in eCommerce; Lead Gen and B2B a plus
- 1+ years experience with Meta Ads and TikTok ads for direct response campaigns; additional platforms a plus (LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
- 1+ years experience leading paid social strategy for direct response marketing efforts
- 1+ years experience with Google Analytics, Shopify; other technical platforms a plus
- 1 year experience client-facing and handling communications
- Excellent Excel skills with advanced features
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Manage a full workload indicated by one or more of the following: $26k MRR or 6 owned clients
- Client churn rate below 10%
