We are seeking an Ads Account Specialist with expertise in creating and managing profitable campaigns for lead-generation businesses.
In this role, you'll manage and optimize Ads campaigns, ensuring the use of effective campaign structures and bidding strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
- Track campaign results in HubSpot CRM, link campaigns to CRMs, and verify lead delivery.
- Stay updated on paid media trends and best practices, applying them daily.
- Collaborate with creative and data analytics teams for efficient campaign execution.
- Create standardized and customized reports for presentations.
- Analyze market data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills, initiative, and independence.
- Write persuasive, polished ad copies.
- Contribute to testing strategies to improve campaigns.
- Manage multiple accounts proactively, ensuring timely delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads; Facebook experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of linking campaigns with HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for digital marketing and trend awareness.
- Experience with campaign budgeting, bidding, and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and self-starting attitude.
- Proficiency in Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets.
