What you'll do
We're looking for a Junior Paid Media Analyst (Analista de Publicidad Digital) - Colombia (Remote) to help us scale performance marketing at Clara.
This is a hands-on role where you'll execute, monitor, and optimize Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads , Meta Ads , LinkedIn Ads , and other platforms.
Your work will directly impact how we grow in Mexico , Brazil , and Colombia .
You'll collaborate closely with Clara's Growth team , as well as Creative , Content , and Web partners to deliver high-performing campaigns that drive measurable results.
Who you are
Must haves
- 1+ year of hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or LinkedIn Ads
- Confident navigating ad platforms to build audiences, select formats, and optimize performance
- Comfortable working with data and tracking key Paid Media KPIs using spreadsheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, or N8N to improve output
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in parallel
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical collaborators
- Fluent in business English and Spanish
Nice to haves
- Experience with non-core platforms (e.g., Spotify Ads, programmatic, Uber Ads)
- Interest in automation, AI workflows, or internal tooling
- Familiarity working with creative teams
- Experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech
- Exposure to MMMs and/or advanced attribution models
- Basic understanding of landing page CRO, Google Analytics, or CRM platforms like HubSpot
- Portuguese proficiency or willingness to learn
