You’ll play a critical role in generating new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term customer relationships.


This is a high-impact role ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, love the hustle, and are eager to close deals and drive results.


Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Sales Execution Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.


Conduct discovery meetings to understand prospect needs and present tailored solutions.


Own your pipeline and consistently exceed individual sales quotas.


Sales Process & CRM Management Accurately log activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions in our CRM.


Analyze key sales metrics and continuously refine outreach strategies to improve conversion.


Build and nurture lasting relationships that lead to recurring business and referrals.


Growth & Leadership Opportunities Take initiative and demonstrate leadership—top performers will have the opportunity to grow into sales management roles.

  •   Who You Are 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.


    Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue.


    Strong command of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).


    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English C1 required).


    Self-starter with a competitive spirit and desire to continuously improve.


    Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field).


    Experience selling into the U.S.


    market is a strong plus.
