The Role
We’re looking for a Outbound Sales Manager (BDR Manager) to lead and scale our Business Development and Account Executive team.
Reporting to the CEO , you will own the outbound sales function, blend strategy with execution, and help grow a marketplace connecting factories and suppliers worldwide.
This is a high-impact, hands-on, data-driven role in a globally distributed team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and inspire a small global team of BDRs and Account Executives to deliver quality pipeline and revenue.
- Own outbound strategy — define ICPs, prospecting frameworks, outreach cadences, and messaging for eCommerce and custom product decision-makers.
- Be hands-on — join prospecting, refine outreach sequences, and engage key opportunities as needed.
- Use data to drive performance — analyze activity, conversion, and pipeline metrics to optimize.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product for a seamless customer experience.
- Implement and optimize CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, etc.).
- Develop playbooks, scripts, and cadences for consistency and scalability.
- Recruit, train, and develop top-performing BDRs and AEs as the team grows.
- Stay ahead of trends in ecommerce, apparel, and manufacturing to keep outreach relevant.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role .
- Proven track record in building or leading lean, high-performing sales teams in startup or fast-paced environments.
- Experience in eCommerce, apparel, or custom manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset — use numbers to inform coaching and strategy.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, etc.).
- Self-starter and hands-on builder who thrives in a remote, globally distributed team.
