Role: Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting Rep
Location: Remote -Columbia OR South Africa
Hours: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, aligned with US business hours (8 AM to 5 PM CST)
Compensation: Fixed monthly pay in local currency + performance-based bonus
What you will do:
- Make 80-120 outbound calls per day to business decision-makers using a provided script and CRM
- Set 3-5 qualified appointments daily for the sales team
- Log allcalloutcomes and follow-up tasks in the CRM
- Use email and LinkedIn to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
- Report dailycalland appointment metrics to the manager

Requirements
What you need to have before you apply:
- Minimum 3 years of outboundcallingexperience (B2B)
- Proven past track record of booking at least 30 qualified appointments per month
- High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps) and a noise-free remote workspace
- Ability to work US Central Time without overlap issues
- Experience in using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Proficient in using MS Office tools - mainly Excel
