As an Outbound Dialer , you'll play a vital role in generating new business opportunities by reaching out to mortgage professionals and introducing them to our wholesale products.
Your ability to engage, educate, and qualify prospects will help drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships.

The Qualifications We Seek
- 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or the mortgage industry (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling objections
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet/exceed targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Bilingual skills are a plus

- Number of daily outbound calls made
- Number of qualified leads generated per week/month
- Appointment set rate
- Lead conversion rate
- CRM data accuracy and completeness
Your Daily Tasks
- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to mortgage brokers, loan officers, and other potential partners
- Present wholesale mortgage offerings clearly and compellingly
- Identify and qualify potential leads and set appointments for account executives or senior sales staff
- Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and client interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and improve outreach strategies
- Stay updated with industry trends, lending guidelines, and competitor products
