Job Title : Oracle Incentive Compensation Senior Consultant
Reports to: President
Work Location/Travel: Remote within Colombia or on-site at client locations.
Occasional travel (up to 20%) may be required for client engagements.
Job Summary:

The Oracle Incentive Compensation Senior Consultant is responsible for managing the implementation of Oracle Incentive Compensation solutions for clients.
This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their business needs, configuring and customizing solutions, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support.
Essential Functions:
•Manage the implementation of Oracle Incentive Compensation modules for clients, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
•Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and goals related to incentive compensation, providing expert guidance and best practices.
•Design, configure, and customize Oracle Incentive Compensation solutions to meet unique client needs, ensuring optimal system performance and functionality.
•Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation features and functionality, fostering user adoption and satisfaction.
•Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver integrated solutions that align with clients' overall business strategies.
•Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Oracle Incentive Compensation implementations, addressing issues and optimizing system performance.
•Stay informed on industry trends, Oracle updates, and advancements in incentive compensation practices to continuously enhance and expand expertise.
•Contribute to the development of internal methodologies, tools, and documentation related to Oracle Incentive Compensation consulting services.
Duties/Responsibilities:
•Stay ahead of trends through continuous learning and certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Cloud).
•Work directly with clients to provide strategic insights and solutions tailored to their needs.
•Contribute to internal initiatives and help shape our presence in Colombia.
•Share your expertise with team members and clients, fostering growth and innovation.
•Performs other duties as assigned.

•Willing to obtain certifications by studying for and taking certification exams
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
•Provide training and mentorship to technical staff to support their professional growth.
•Participate in the recruitment process, including conducting interviews to assess candidates’ qualification.
•Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and manage the workflow of project team members to ensure efficiency and quality.
•Conduct performance evaluations, delivering timely and constructive feedback to enhance team performance and development.
Work Environment:
The role may be performed remotely or on-site at a client location, depending on project requirements.
For remote work, employees are expected to maintain a professional and distraction-free workspace, including appropriate virtual backgrounds if needed.
A reliable and high-speed internet connection is essential to ensure smooth communication and productivity.
Physical Requirements:
•Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.

Required Education and Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science-related field or commensurate experience required.
•Proven experience as an Oracle Incentive Compensation Solution Architect or similar role.
•Strong understanding of Incentive Compensation processes and workflows.
•Expertise in Oracle Incentive Compensation configuration, customization, and integration.
•Oracle Incentive Compensation certifications are a plus.
