Job Title: Oracle Fusion CX Consultant
Reports to: President
Work Location/Travel: Remote within Colombia or on-site at client locations.
Occasional travel (up to 20%) may be required for client engagements.
Job Summary:
We’re seeking driven and passionate professionals to join our growing team in Colombia.
You’ll collaborate with global experts on cutting-edge projects, deliver tailored solutions for clients, and play a key role in establishing Apex IT’s footprint in LatAm. This role offers a unique blend of remote/hybrid work, professional development, and opportunities to innovate.
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion CX Consultant with expertise in Fusion Sales, Fusion Service, or both to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Fusion CX applications to enhance customer engagement and business processes.
Essential Functions:
•Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Sales and/or Fusion Service modules.
•Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
•Configure workflows, automation, and integrations within the Oracle CX ecosystem.
•Provide functional and technical expertise, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Fusion CX applications.
•Support data migration, system testing, and user training to ensure smooth adoption.
•Stay updated with Oracle Cloud CX enhancements and recommend best practices for process improvements.
•Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts.
Duties/Responsibilities:
•Stay ahead of trends through continuous learning and certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Cloud).
•Work directly with clients to provide strategic insights and solutions tailored to their needs.
•Contribute to internal initiatives and help shape our presence in Colombia.
•Share your expertise with team members and clients, fostering growth and innovation.

•Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and manage the workflow of project team members to ensure efficiency and quality.
•Conduct performance evaluations, delivering timely and constructive feedback to enhance team performance and development.
Work Environment:
The role may be performed remotely or on-site at a client location, depending on project requirements.
For remote work, employees are expected to maintain a professional and distraction-free workspace, including appropriate virtual backgrounds if needed.
A reliable and high-speed internet connection is essential to ensure smooth communication and productivity.
Physical Requirements:
•Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
•Bending, sitting, lifting, and/or driving.
Required Education and Experience:
(Education and experience based on requirements that are job-related and consistent with business necessity.)
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science - related field or commensurate experience required.
•3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion CX, with expertise in Fusion Sales, Fusion Service, or both.
•Strong knowledge of Oracle Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Customer Data Management.
•Experience in configuring business rules, workflows, and automation within Fusion CX.
•Understanding of BPM workflows, REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration strategies.
•Experience with Fusion BI (OTBI, BIP)
•Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Education and Experience:
•Oracle Fusion CX certification(s) are a plus.
