Job Title: Oracle Field Service Cloud Consultant

Work Location/Travel: Remote within Colombia or on-site at client locations.

Occasional travel (up to 20%) may be required for client engagements.

Job Summary:

We’re seeking driven and passionate professionals to join our growing team in Colombia.

You’ll collaborate with global experts on cutting-edge projects, deliver tailored solutions for clients, and play a key role in establishing Apex IT’s footprint in LatAm. This role offers a unique blend of remote/hybrid work, professional development, and opportunities to innovate.

The Oracle Field Service Cloud Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end integrations within Oracle Field Service Cloud, utilizing their in-depth knowledge of the plug-in framework and proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership, and tightly integrating Oracle Field Service Cloud with Oracle Service Cloud.

Essential Functions:

· Design, implement, and manage end-to-end integrations in and out of Oracle Field Service Cloud.

· Develop and customize plug-ins to enhance functionality, including expertise in capturing time and expenses through field service.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration needs and design scalable solutions.

· Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for efficient and reliable integration workflows.

· Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for Oracle Field Service Cloud integration.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and integrate Oracle Field Service Cloud with ERP Cloud and HCM Cloud systems.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Stay ahead of trends through continuous learning and certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Cloud).

· Work directly with clients to provide strategic insights and solutions tailored to their needs.

· Contribute to internal initiatives and help shape our presence in Colombia.

· Share your expertise with team members and clients, fostering growth and innovation.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

· Conduct performance evaluations, delivering timely and constructive feedback to enhance team performance and development.

Work Environment:

The role may be performed remotely or on-site at a client location, depending on project requirements.

For remote work, employees are expected to maintain a professional and distraction-free workspace, including appropriate virtual backgrounds if needed.

A reliable and high-speed internet connection is essential to ensure smooth communication and productivity.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.

· Bending, sitting lifting, driving.

Required Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science - related field or commensurate experience required.

· At least 3 years of related experience is required.
