Operations & Support Analyst (AI Startup – Remote LATAM / Bilingual)
Our client is a small but fast-growing AI-powered software startup supporting consulting, finance, and enterprise clients.
They build intelligent automation tools that help teams save time and work smarter.
As they scale, they’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Support Analyst to manage client support tickets and keep daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Client Support & Ticket Management
- Manage incoming support tickets and ensure timely, professional responses.
- Escalate or coordinate ticket resolutions across technical and operations teams.
- Track issues, update FAQs, and identify opportunities for automation.
- Operational Support & Coordination
- Execute recurring operational and administrative tasks.
- Support scheduling, documentation, and cross-team coordination.
- Maintain and update internal process documentation (Notion, Google Docs).
- Vendor & Logistics Assistance
- Assist with vendor communication, assessment, and onboarding.
- Maintain records and documentation for vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, support, or administrative coordination.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Excel/Sheets).
- Familiarity with support ticket systems (HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk) is a plus.
- Basic familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI) or a strong interest in learning them.

What We Offer
- Payment in USD (monthly contractor basis).
- Salary range: USD 1,000 – 1,400/month, depending on experience.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility for LATAM time zones.
- Paid time off and local holidays included.
