Operations & Support Analyst (AI Startup – Remote LATAM / Bilingual) at Parikh Financial.
Our client is an AI-powered software startup supporting consulting, finance, and enterprise clients.
They build intelligent automation tools that help teams save time and work smarter.
This role is a hands-on position in a lean international team where adaptability, communication, and follow-through are key.
Base pay range
USD 1,000 – 1,400 per month, depending on experience.
This is a contractor basis paid in USD.

Responsibilities
- Client Support & Ticket Management: Manage incoming support tickets and ensure timely, professional responses; escalate or coordinate ticket resolutions across technical and operations teams; track issues, update FAQs, and identify opportunities for automation.
- Operational Support & Coordination: Execute recurring operational and administrative tasks; support scheduling, documentation, and cross-team coordination; maintain and update internal process documentation (Notion, Google Docs).
- Vendor & Logistics Assistance: Assist with vendor communication, assessment, and onboarding; maintain records and documentation for vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, support, or administrative coordination.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Excel/Sheets).
- Familiarity with support ticket systems (HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk) is a plus.
- Basic familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI) or a strong interest in learning them.
