Job Description
An Operations Supervisor oversees all activity of a specific department or area in a company.
They observe and analyze overall efficacy of the department and ensure things are moving smoothly.
Skills and Qualifications
Team leadership experience.
Client facing and onboarding background preferred.
Project Management preferred.
Interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
Bachelors or Technical degree required.
C1 English level.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Located in Medellín.
Job Responsibilities
Leading and supervising a group of employees.
Evaluating the employees' performance and deliver feedback, positive or critical, to improve the operations flow.
Report on department's metrics to the CEO and other leaders.
Provide advanced customer support when needed.
Meet with the different teams in order to stay updated on all the operations.
