Job Overview
We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as an Operations Manager responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operational activities related to sales, procurement, invoicing, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Planning and processing: Review pending requests (orders, quotes, invoicing) and align priorities with the sales team.
- Operational management: Verify purchase orders, generate quotes, and coordinate with vendors to ensure availability and delivery timelines.
- Monitoring and execution: Track order progress, ensure quality control in invoicing, and liaise with clients to address adjustments or inquiries.
- Customer satisfaction: Ensure expectations are met and manage post‑delivery issues.
- Documentation and reporting: Update CRM/ERP systems and prepare reports to evaluate performance and important metrics.
- Customer relations: Coordinate with partners and vendors and plan tasks for the following day.
Required Skills
- Experience managing end‑to‑end purchase and sales processes, including quotations, invoicing, and delivery.
- Previous interaction with distributors, technology partners, and corporate clients.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft licensing and technological solutions.
Desired Skills
- Intermediate English (B1).
Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Possess at least one certification in Microsoft products (Azure, Microsoft 365, or Dynamics 365).
