Become a COO in 1-2 years at our Colombian Startup
- Job Title: Operations Manager
- Salary Range: 6 to 15M COP per month.
- Location: Bogotá, hybrid scheme (2-3 days at office per week).
This Startup is a hybrid between fintech and real estate and it has grown from financing tickets of USD 25k to ~USD 1.25M in just one year.
Now the challenge is to shift from startup running fast to scale-up built to last .
That's where you come in.
We're looking for a strong operator who thrives and structures the chaos, craves ownership, and knows how to turn speed into structure.

- Exposure & scale: Work with construction companies, real estate funds, and financial partners on million dollar deals.
- Backed by top investors: Techstars, REACH, and Angel Investors.
- Based in Bogotá: but flexibility to work remotely when needed (2-3 days/week in office).
What you'll do
- Lead day-to-day operations and establish execution discipline (sprints, dashboards, SLAs).
- Design, manage and prioritize the low-code/no-code tech internal projects to remove bottlenecks (Bubble, n8n, Google stack).
- Orchestrate integrations with financial partners (payments, ID validation, wallets).
- Measure and continuously improve the funnel/lifecycle with Commercial and Marketing.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data security standards.
- Negotiate with partners and third parties as needed.

- Ops, Tech, Marketing, and Legal running with clear dashboards & KPIs.
- AI tools are removing bottlenecks.
- Stable, scalable integrations with financial partners.
- Operational capacity to handle million-dollar loans per deal.
- Constructor's credits are growing.
- Smooth bridges across teams: timely information flow without rework
- CEO focused on growth while you maintain pace and quality.
Who we're looking for
- 5+ years in startups (even better if you come from fintech).
- Strong process and measurement mindset (KPIs, Dashboards).
- Technical ability: low-code/no-code, automations, AI basics (fullstack eng background is not necesary).
- Experience managing small teams and coordinating cross-functionally.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- High autonomy, fast execution, ownership mindset.
- Based in Bogotá with hybrid availability (2–3 days/week in office).
- Availability for a hybrid model in Bogotá (2–3 days per week in office).
Team & Reporting
- You'll be a key member of leadership team, reporting directly to CEO.
- You will collaborate and work closely with: Commercial, Marketing, Legal, and financial partners.
- You will manage one direct report (technical low-code).
