We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Head Manager to lead the creation and management of our new office from the ground up.
This role will be the central point of contact and responsible for overseeing all aspects of establishing and running the new location, from recruitment and office setup to employee supervision, financial oversight, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Office Setup & Operations:
Lead the process of identifying and securing the best building/space for our new office.
Oversee all logistics and ensure the office is fully operational and aligned with company standards.
Establish systems, processes, and policies for the smooth operation of the office.
Recruitment & HR Support:
Support the initial stages of recruitment, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Supervise recruitment deliverables to ensure quality hires and alignment with company culture.
Provide guidance and organizational support to the recruitment team.
Employee Supervision & Development:
Manage, mentor, and oversee employees once the team is in place.
Ensure high levels of performance, engagement, and accountability across the office.
Foster a positive and productive workplace environment.
Marketing & Business Development Support:
Contribute ideas and strategies to strengthen our brand and attract talent.
Collaborate with leadership to develop local marketing initiatives.
Financial Management:
Oversee all financial matters related to the office.
Manage budgets, expenses, and ensure proper allocation of resources.
Handle financial reporting and serve as the main point of contact for money-related operations.
Leadership & Strategy:
Act as the primary point of contact for the new office.
Ensure alignment with company goals, culture, and values.
Provide continuous feedback and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
Proven experience in office management, operations, or team leadership.
Strong background in team supervision.
Experience with financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
