The Operations Manager is the main face when dealing with the day-to-day operation for both internal and external clients.
They play a significant role in the partnership that takes place between our organization and the external client by setting the right tone for every interaction and resolution provided as well as guaranteeing a smooth operation.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Operations Manager will be required to work On-Site in Bogotá.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain effective communication with staff and clients, ensuring alignment in operational processes, conflict resolution, and relationship strengthening through meetings, emails, and calls.
- Coordinate and analyze workload with QA and WFA, oversee productivity reports, manage operational requests, and allocate personnel according to client requirements.
- Support supervisors and team leads, ensure staff training in internal procedures, and organize monthly meetings with formal follow-ups.
- Accurately manage payroll, ensure regulatory compliance, process leave requests, report additional charges, and maintain transparency in billing.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year of experience in Leadership roles.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Advanced English proficiency.
