Operations Manager - B2B SaaS at Scale Up Recruiting Partners
Location: Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations and ensure cross-team efficiency.
- Create and implement SOPs to improve productivity and accountability.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across projects.
- Identify operational risks and implement solutions to ensure compliance and continuity.
- Act as a connector across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Take over responsibilities currently managed by the CEO, becoming a trusted right hand.
- Introduce and implement scalable frameworks (Lean Six Sigma, EOS, workflow automation).
- Analyze operational and customer data to identify trends, friction points, and churn risks.
- Build dashboards and reports that transform data into actionable insights.
- Design KPIs and data models to measure performance and retention.
- Lead initiatives to reduce churn and manage high-turnover environments.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and motivating culture across distributed teams.
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years in operations management, business intelligence, or related functions.
- Proven experience leading fast-paced, globally distributed teams.
- Proficiency in BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with ClickUp workflows and dashboards (strong plus).
- Familiarity with ERP systems, workflow automation, Lean Six Sigma, EOS.
- Skilled in defining, managing, and acting on KPIs and benchmarks.
- Experience in SaaS, MarTech, or digital marketing industries.
- Must be available for meetings between 8 AM – 2 PM EST.
