Role Overview

Reports to:
Operations Leadership

We're seeking a dedicated
Operations Data Analyst
to be the authority on how our locations and assets are performing in the physical world.

This role is
purely focused on analyzing operational data
—specifically car movements, consumer parking behaviors, and the impact of events—to identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities.

You will transform transactional data into clear, operational intelligence.

Your mission is to establish operational performance benchmarks, predict future trends, and
effectively present your findings
to influence on-site management and technical deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Trend Analysis

• Analyze high-volume operational data, focusing on
  car movements, entry/exit patterns, and dwell times
  across our parking portfolio.
  
  
• Conduct deep-dive analysis into
  parking behaviors
  (e.g., peak times, duration, payment methods) and the operational impact of special
  events
  on facility usage.
  
  
• Identify
  operational bottlenecks, service degradation points, and security trends
  based on real-time and historical data.
  
  

Performance Reporting & Strategy

• Develop models to forecast operational demand, staffing needs, and resource allocation based on predicted occupancy and event schedules.
  
  
• Provide
  actionable feedback and recommendations
  to the Operations team on improving site performance, customer flow, and physical asset utilization.
  
  
• Establish and monitor key operational performance indicators (O-KPIs) to track location efficiency and identify best practices.
  
  

Data Visualization and Communication

• Prepare and present concise, executive-level reports
  on operational efficiency, behavioral trends, and the quantitative success of operational changes.
  
  
• Effectively articulate and present findings
  to Operations and Client Success stakeholders, translating technical data into practical, on-the-ground implications.
  
  
• Maintain clear data documentation and ensure the integrity of the operational data used for analysis.
  
  

Qualifications

Required:

• 3–5 years of experience
  in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role, with a focus on
  operational or asset performance analysis
  .
  
  
• Demonstrated expertise in analyzing
  high-volume transactional data
  (e.g., point-of-sale, sensor, or logistics data).
  
  
• Strong ability to use
  SQL
  for complex data querying and manipulation.
  
  
• Proficiency with
  BI tools
  (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for creating actionable operational dashboards.
  
  
• Proven ability to
  design and deliver clear, high-impact presentations
  of operational findings to leadership and non-technical teams.
  
  
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and meticulous attention to detail.
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience in the
  parking, mobility, logistics, or asset management industries
  .
  
  
• Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis or data science methods.
  
  
• Familiarity with data quality and governance best practices.
