Requisitos

  • Título en administración de empresas, ingeniería industrial, gestión de proyectos o carreras afines.

  • Experiencia en gestión administrativa, coordinación operativa y soporte a la alta dirección.

  • Conocimientos en planeación estratégica, indicadores de gestión (KPIs) y metodologías de seguimiento de metas.

  • Manejo intermedio-avanzado de herramientas de gestión (Office Suite, Google Workspace, Odoo, herramientas de reporting).

  • Excelentes competencias de organización, comunicación y trabajo transversal con equipos técnicos y no técnicos.

  • Residente en Colombia.

  • Plus: Conocimiento en Odoo.

Responsabilidades

  • Apoyar directamente a la Dirección Ejecutiva en la coordinación administrativa y estratégica de la compañía.

  • Garantizar que los líderes de todas las áreas trabajen de manera alineada a la visión de negocio, consolidar métricas y reportes de desempeño.

  • Consolidar y monitorear indicadores trimestrales y anuales; preparar los reportes ejecutivos para Dirección Ejecutiva.

  • Interpretar datos de desempeño y detectar desviaciones en cumplimiento de metas.

  • Facilitar espacios de comunicación entre líderes y traducir la visión de negocio en lineamientos prácticos.

  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de metas organizacionales en tiempo y forma.

  • Realizar seguimiento permanente al desarrollo del proyecto.

  • Promover el trabajo alineado de líderes de distintas áreas, evitando silos.

  • Estructurar las agendas de seguimiento, las reuniones y prioridades de la Dirección Ejecutiva.

  • Aplicar estándares en reporting, seguimiento y procesos internos.

  • Coordinar iniciativas y proyectos definidos por la Dirección Ejecutiva.
