The Work (What You'll Do)
- Manage recurring property and project tasks in
Asana - Maintain and organize
Google Drive
folders, photos, and key files - Turn founder ideas and Loom recordings into
documented SOPs - Ensure weekly accountability updates from team members (Ops, Acq, IR)
- Track CapEx progress, vendor coordination, and property reporting
- Create dashboards or workflows in
Notion, GoHighLevel, or n8n - Communicate with leadership to identify bottlenecks and close loops
This is a
relational
operations role — not data entry.
You'll help people perform at their best through structure, clarity, and ownership.
Who You Are
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable — people trust you to finish what you start.
- Comfortable with tools like Asana, Notion, Google Drive, and Loom.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and confident communicating with a U.S. team.
- Interested in workflow automation and efficiency tools (Zapier, GoHighLevel, etc.).
- 2+ years experience supporting entrepreneurs or managing projects.
- Independent thinker — you find solutions before being told what to do.
- Excited to grow long-term with a purpose-driven business.
Compensation and Growth Path
We're looking for someone who will grow with us as the company scales.
Raises are based on performance and ownership, not time.
Top performers can grow into Operations Manager or Chief of Staff
roles over time, with future compensation tied to company growth and deal performance.
