Operational & Administrative Support
Girasol Payment Solutions is a fast-growing fintech company specializing in payment processing, digital wallets, card solutions, and bill payment services.
With offices in Curaçao, Colombia, and Mexico, we provide secure and innovative financial tools, working with global partners like Mastercard, Visa, and Amex to deliver seamless payment experiences.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Operational & Administrative Support professional to strengthen our operations and support our executive team.
This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day processes, accurate reporting, and efficient coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Reporting
- Perform accurate data entry and data compilation for customer onboarding and internal reporting.
- Prepare monthly reports for management and team performance tracking.
- Assist in organizing team reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
Billing & Documentation
- Manage billing and invoicing for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Assist with proposal preparation, document drafting, and formatting for clients and partners.
- Maintain proper filing and organization of internal and external documents and presentations.
Operational Support
- Support the onboarding process of new clients by compiling required documentation.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth communication and task follow-up.
- Assist with meeting preparation, scheduling, and follow-up actions for executives and team members.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (or ongoing studies) in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in operations, administrative support, or business coordination (experience in fintech, payments, or banking is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with reporting tools is a plus.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn.
