El Operations Lead es el responsable de liderar y coordinar todas las funciones operativas del negocio, abarcando Front Line Solutions, Supply Chain, Distribución & Logística y Customer Service.

Este perfil facilita la disponibilidad de productos, optimiza recursos y procesos, responde efectivamente a la variabilidad de la demanda y sostiene altos niveles de satisfacción del cliente.

  • Liderar el proceso de Servicio al Cliente de la afiliada liderando temas relacionados con atención al cliente, fuerza de ventas, asistencia técnica y temas relacionados con el back office.

    Interfaz con suministro, precios, ventas, marketing y finanzas
  • Apoyar la implementación de políticas comerciales y nuevos procesos con el equipo de ventas
  • Ser responsable de las tareas operativas y administrativas que impactan la rutina diaria de ventas, brindando apoyo al equipo de campo y proactivamente proponiendo mejoras en asociación con las áreas de soporte e identificando los principales desafíos para una ejecución exitosa
  • Control de desempeño - Controlar la entrega de seguimiento de desempeño, informes e información clave relacionada con el suministro, las entregas y la efectividad del modelo de conserjería, actuando de manera transversal y activa en la identificación de brechas y oportunidades para maximizar la productividad y la eficiencia.

  • Controles y Procesos Internos - Trabajar con el liderazgo comercial y las áreas responsables, asegurando el mantenimiento de los controles internos y mejora de procesos en el área.

  • Customer Service: Garantizar satisfacción del cliente y cumplimiento de los procedimientos de la empresa.

    Realizar reportes de KPIs trimestrales, monitorear resultados y liderar iniciativas de mejora continua para maximizar servicio y minimizar costos.

  • Distribution & Logistics: Supervisar el proceso de distribución y dar seguimiento a 3PL para asegurar la experiencia del cliente.

    Administrar el inventario, conciliando el inventario físico y el sistema SAP y asegurar disponibilidad oportuna.

  • Supply Chain: Manejar situaciones complejas de demanda, escasez de producto y disponibilidad competitiva.

    Liderar y participar en tareas diarias del Cluster North, interactuando con todos los stakeholders
  • Ser el primer punto de contacto regional para temas SAP, productos y sistemas.

    Documentar procesos y procedimientos para asegurar respaldo y continuidad.

  • Facilitar reuniones semanales con Global Supply Planners para anticiparse y alinearse con necesidades de clientes.

People Management

  • Asegurar el desarrollo adecuado de habilidades y capacidades dentro del área, logrando así un equipo de trabajo calificado y con conocimiento.

  • Reclutar, capacitar, motivar e inspirar de manera efectiva a los miembros del equipo para cumplir y superar los objetivos establecidos.

  • Monitorear y revisar regularmente el desempeño del territorio y brindar una dirección clara respecto al bajo o alto desempeño.

  • Realizar la TMR dos veces al año, de acuerdo con el cronograma de Recursos Humanos.

  • Desarrollar un Plan de Desarrollo Individual (IDP) con cada empleado del equipo, alineado con los objetivos establecidos durante la TMR.

    Planificar, implementar y hacer seguimiento a cursos de capacitación secundaria cuando sea relevante.

  • Reconocer y premiar el buen desempeño.

    Detectar y mejorar el bajo desempeño, tomando decisiones rápidas de gestión.

Conocimientos y habilidades:

  • Experiencia deseable en el mercado de consumo, estética o farmacéutico.

  • Más de 6 años de experiencia en operaciones, supply chain, distribución y atención al cliente.

  • Liderazgo demostrado de equipos operativos y gestión de procesos end-to-end.

  • Conocimientos en análisis de datos y reporting, análisis financiero, indicadores de rendimiento.

  • Capacidad para impactar, influir e interactuar con el equipo comercial, la fuerza de ventas, el liderazgo y los compañeros.

  • Fuerte perspicacia empresarial, resolución innovadora de problemas y habilidades de gestión de proyectos.

  • Mentalidad bien estructurada, organizada y analítica.

  • Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita para la interacción con varios niveles de la organización.

Requisitos

  • Profesional en Administración, Economía, Ingeniería y similares.

  • Deseable Maestría en Supply Chain Management
  • Inglés intermedio/alto para escritura y conversación.

  • MS Office avanzado: especialización en MS Excel, tablas dinámicas, macros y Power Point
