¡On-Site Technical Support L1!

  • Técnico o Tecnólogo de sistemas o carreras afines, para soporte técnico en sitio , con conocimientos en ofimática, sistemas operativos, herramientas de gestión, Vpn, antivirus, workspace, buena redacción, con capacidad de trabajo en equipo orientada a la satisfacción de necesidades de cliente y cumplimiento de ANS acordados en proyecto.

  • M anejo de aplicaciones como hirens boot , Rufus, Clonezilla, experiencia en revisión y diagnóstico de equipos de cómputo a nivel de HW y SW.

  • Conocimientos en ITIL y equipos MAC
  • Brindar soporte técnico de manera presencial a los usuarios de las aplicaciones y de los hardware (por ejemplo, PCS, servidores, computadoras centrales) en la organización.

  • Actuar con los servicios de redes, con los ingenieros de sistemas de software o con el desarrollo de aplicaciones para restablecer el servicio o identificar problemas.

  • 1 año de experiencia
  • Sistemas operativos, Antivirus, VPN, WorkSpace, equipos MAC
  • Español
  • Redacción, servicio al cliente.
