Responsibilities

  • Be the go to person for all things culture in Medellín
  • Be the friendly face in office
  • Be there for all the events and bring the teams together
  • Planning & execution from A-Z of culture events for the Medellín office
  • Assist in the planning for other geopod events (Bogota, Cali, Cartagena, Barranquilla)
  • Manage the Office (maintain cleanliness daily, coordinate the packages and mail, stock the office snacks and coordination of the catered lunches, overseeing general office operations, trash management etc.)
  • Maintain an organized workflow and keep to deadlines across multiple projects
  • Receive and incorporate feedback from the team throughout each project and event
  • Work with all office vendors to ensure a smooth and welcoming office experience for the team
  • Collaborate with our HR Team and Operations team as needed
  • Bring ideas on how to improve and grow our office sentiment and culture across LATAM
