Main Responsibilities
- Maintaining the relationship with internal and external clients (staff, operators, players)
- Respecting and maintaining the game standards imposed by the company
- Active contribution to the company’s development
- Collaboration and cooperation in Operational activities
- Offers support to the players when needed or if they ask for guidance
- Ensures staff interactions with players, creating an attractive and entertaining game environment
- Coordinates the staff under supervision: ensures an optimal number of employees on shift
- Monitors assignment at the tables, rotations and breaks
- Periodically staff assessments
- Ensures that all company procedures and standards are respected by employees
- Offers a professional work environment and transparent communication; provides periodic feedback
Candidate Requirements
- Industry Experience: At least 1 year in the Casino LIVE/Online industry
- Knowledge Proficiency: Understanding of games and procedures
- Communication Skills: Advanced written and verbal English
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PC operations and Microsoft Office
- Management Experience: Experience in a supervisory or management role is advantageous

- Technical Background: Familiarity with live casino technology or control room systems
- Higher Education: Degree related to management, operations, or relevant field
